Wilkins and Son.
This group was set up for the benefit of members who live on their own and would like to socialise, especially at weekends, with like minded people. Coffee mornings are held on the second Saturday of each month, at either local garden centres or tea rooms, where many of the members have the chance to chat and sort out ideas for future meetings. This group also arranges lunches and dinners during the year. They also support the local Amateur Operatic and Dramatic Societies which have been a great success. They also support the local Jazz Club, which holds monthly concerts. Outings are also arranged with the local Coach Company and also walks locally (meeting up for lunch afterwards sometimes), and in London.
